Cassilis Flower Farm is a small flower farm growing seasonal flowers on our sheep and cattle property in the Upper Hunter, NSW. Specialising in Dahlias in Summer and Dahlia tubers in Spring.

Our Dahlia Tuber sale is currently open! Our tubers are currently in the ground growing for a wonderful 2024 - 2025 crop. We are a small flower farm and each tuber has been grown here for the prior season. We will be offering tubers in late september each year. Fresh Dahlia Flowers will be available January to first frost.

We have an extensive range of Dahlia tubers sourced from other flower farms. We do not use chemicals and our flowers are grown by hand and selection of each tuber and flower is done so with care.

We do not ship until visible eyes or shoots are present and we take the utmost care storing and dividing. Please follow us on instagram for the latest on tuber availability.

 What we do

Cassilis Flowers operates on a working sheep and cattle property in the Upper Hunter. At our core we aim to grow fresh seasonal flowers on our regenerative farm. We take pride in supplying local florists as well as providing farm bunches to order direct. We supply buckets of flowers for events for those who would like to DIY and can also work directly with you to design and source flowers for your special event. Cassilis Flowers offers free delivery on selected days to Merriwa and Cassilis NSW.

We demonstrate sustainable agriculture principles and our flowers are proudly grown chemical free. Availability is limited, flowers are seasonally grown and Dahlia tuber sales are offered annually. Subscribe to our email database to be the first to know.

In 2024 we opened our farm for a winter workshop to learn how to dig and divide tubers. We look forward to hosting more workshops in the future.
